We are looking for a talented and motivated Hot Line Cook to join our kitchen crew and help elevate the culinary experience for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Hot Line Cook at Fia, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. You’ll work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional food in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes for the hot line with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Fia’s high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on quality.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work on the hot line, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to handle pressure and stay calm during peak hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $17.81-$19.00/hr
• Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance (where applicable)

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
