Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary and Opportunity: The Compliance team works to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which enables the bank to operate successfully and to continue the bank's growth and innovation in a highly regulated environment. Consistent with its expertise, Compliance also leads the CRA, Fair Lending, Training, and Policy development at the bank. The Compliance division is a small, nimble group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that provides sound guidance to Business Units in support of the Unit's growth and innovation objectives. Responsibilities: - Drive the establishment and monitoring of key risk indicators and key performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs), including the automation of the calculation and monitoring of these indicators, to ensure that senior management makes information risk aware decisions. Monitor and report on tolerance breaches and related action plans. Ensure responsibility and follow up on monitoring the breached key risk indicators
- Works closely across Risk and all lines of business to identify, monitor, and ensure actions related to operational risk assessments, enterprise risks and controls, and key risk indicator monitoring are properly documented and tracked
- Perform model validations, vendor due diligence reviews, and new product risk assessments
- Provide data and analytics support across Risk functions for data maintained in the Bank's eGRC system (RSA Archer). Use analytic tools to script/program/visualize risk data, through the timely collection, validation and analysis of data. Partner with the organization's Data Warehouse and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) subject matter experts to identify and implement efficiency improvement opportunities within ERM
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' in a similar role
