Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product innovation and customer success. This role involves:
- Responsible for planning and conducting market research for the Cloud and Enterprise product lines.
- Acquire a deep understanding of overseas markets, focusing on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends in target regions, providing data support for product iteration and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure product features and performance align with international customer needs and adapt swiftly to market changes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans, including content marketing, product demonstrations, user training, and participation in industry conferences.
- Work with sales and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and increase product market share.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably in big data, cloud computing, or enterprise software products.
- Knowledgeable about overseas markets, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of effective communication with international teams and customers.
- Demonstrates responsibility, teamwork, and strong leadership abilities.
