Do you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting aftermarket parts operations!

If you’re detail-oriented, great with people, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage order entry and case management processes
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide timely, professional support in a high-volume environment
Navigate multiple systems to track and resolve customer requests
Keep things organized while handling a steady flow of tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service background (phone support preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, or Excel is a plus
