Compounder / Batch Maker
$22–$26/hr (DOE)
Full-Time 6 am – 2:30 pm

We’re looking for a hands-on Compounder / Batch Maker to prepare juice blends using formulas and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with mixing, batching, or food production, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare batches using formulas, scanners, and computerized systems
- Operate and sanitize blending equipment (pumps, hoses, tanks)
- Perform processes such as pasteurization, homogenization, and heat steps
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate batch records and perform quality checks
- Handle raw materials, allergens, and bulk inventory
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading
- Keep work areas clean and production-ready
