Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 85% productivity target; exact expectations may vary by experience).
• New graduates welcome. Previous experience covering leaves or short-term assignments is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (86-bed).
• Shift: Days.
• In-house therapy team with cohesive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assignment purpose: coverage for paternity leave; target coverage approximately 12 weeks with ideal start late September or early October.
• Candidate may be asked to sub or float among post-acute care locations as needed.
