About this Role:
The PACE Monitoring and Oversight Unit is seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) or Staff Services Analyst (SSA) who is skilled in verbal and written communication, including the ability to accurately review and edit documents. Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the analyst is responsible for researching local, state, and federal rules and regulations, obtaining additional information, and analyzing documents to provide a corrective action plan recommendation and/or technical assistance to PACE organizations. Results from the AGPA and SSA examination(s) currently in progress may be utilized for filling the position.
This position may be subject to the Department’s Conflict of Interest Code and may require annual filing of a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) when assuming office, annually while in office, and upon leaving office.

This position is currently eligible for telework up to three days per week. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change consistent with DHCS' Telework Program and Government Code sections 14200 - 14203. Telework is available to California residents, and proof of residency may be required.
Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated office and residence subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. All commute expenses to the reporting location will be the responsibility of the selected candidate.The DHCS office location for this position is: 1515 K Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
