HVAC Project Manager -
HVAC Project Manager - San Diego, CA
Responsibilities:
- Find, Estimate and Manage HVAC (wet and dry) Construction Projects
- Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
- Select and monitor Subs
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor
- Familiar with CA Building Code.
- Knowledge working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
