Pay range is $20.20 to $23.80 per hour.

Purpose of Position:

Application of daily incoming payments. Research and process deductions on customer accounts (using SAP, BW, BA, TPM, Excel). Research and resolve discrepancies pertaining to assigned accounts or as needed. Serve as a backup for cash reconciliation, daily EFT/Wire detail, and desktop deposit.

Essential Functions:

Maintain A/R general inbox and fax

Daily Cash Application

Scan and link documentation within SAP

Access and navigate customer portals

Deduction analysis and clearing for Retail and/or Foodservice accounts

Create/process Credit and Debit memos

Prep DG packets for scanning

Adhere to metrics as required

Perform cash reconciliation, pull daily EFT/Wire detail, and process desktop deposit as needed

Additional Functions:

As assigned by leadership team

Qualifications

Requirements:

High School graduate and some college accounting classes preferred

Three or more years of Accounts Receivable experience

Intermediate to advanced 10-key and minimum of 40 WPM

Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe

Basic understanding of credits and debits

ERP experience preferred (SAP, BW, BA, & TPM)

Must be accurate and detail oriented with strong analytical skills; ability to multitask

Must be able to work both independently and in a group setting with a high degree of organization and prioritization

Must be able to work with all levels of management

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Business letter writing
