Bilingual Receptionist with Growth Opportunities at Top Law Firm

Our successful personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a bilingual receptionist who speaks Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and professional, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:-Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals-Conduct a brief intake on potential clients and cases-Greet clients and visitors in person-Sort incoming mail and send mail via FedEx or UPS-Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records-Receiving and sending faxes-Scanning incoming mail and labeling electronic files-Perform data entry in our Legal Software (Filevine)-Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets-Keep the work area clean and organized-Coordinate tasks with case managers and attorneys

Requirements:-Fluent in Spanish and English-Bachelors Degree-Prior customer service experience preferred-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal-Excellent organizational skills-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
