Customer Service/Sales Representative

Onanon, Inc. is a world class connector and cable assembly manufacturer that prides itself on supporting our customers with the ability to design produce custom interconnect systems for a variety of industries (Medical, Automotive, Industrial, Aviation, Military, and Commercial). The Customer Service/ Sales Representative is primarily responsible for working with internal and external customers to ensure: (1) Timely processing form 208-008 and expediting of customer requests. (2) Processing orders and internal traveler request forms, (3) Create and help maintain Project Timelines, Qualifications: Have related experience along with strong problem-solving skills Computer literate with very strong proficiency in all of MS office suite Have strong interpersonal skills, such as: Self confidence Positive Attitude Communication Team player Critical thinking Time management skills Coping with pressure Flexibility Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Generate / Maintain Cost Estimates. Review drawings. Upload BOM to form 208-008. Request and file vendor quotes. Process M1 quotes. Assign Project IDs. Schedule KickoffMeetings. Issue NRE traveler. Create and Maintain project timelines. Upload BOM etc. Assign project task. Update completion dates. Monitor project cost. #LI-EF1
