Line Cook

Dialog CLUBHOUSE WEST LA is looking for a strong PM LINE COOK to help lead our evening service and support the continued growth of our dinner menu.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen , can lead a team through service, and takes pride in leaving the kitchen set up for success the next day.

You’ll be responsible for execution of menu items (dinner) , maintaining speed and quality , and ensuring a clean, organized, and fully reset kitchen for AM service . (1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025)

What You’ll Do

• Execute menu items maintaining 10–15 minute ticket times

• Ensure consistent execution, quality, and presentation of all menu items

• Ensure all stations are fully set up for dinner

• Monitor flow, communication, and organization during service

• Use of proper portioning tools and standards

• Support fellow cooks in cleaning and organizing stations at end of shift

• Maintain FIFO practices and proper labeling/storage

• Complete CLOSING checklist , including:

  • • Equipment turned off

    • Temperature checks

    • Lowboy functionality

    • Sanitizer buckets emptied

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working multiple stations (hot and cold line)

• Strong ability to perform under high-volume dinner service

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to take ownership of service and closing responsibilities

• Available to work weekends, and holidays
