Corporate Accounting Manager/Sr. Accounting Manager | Real Estate Investment
A reputable and growing, well-capitalized real estate investment organization is looking for a motivated Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager for a highly visible corporate accounting role in Los Angeles.
This role sits at the center of the business overseeing complex accounting across a large, national real estate portfolio and working closely with the Controller, CAO, and CFO.
Hybrid-Remote: 3 days/wk on-site
Highlights include:
- Ownership of month-end close and complex capital transactions
- Exposure to acquisitions, refinances, resyndications, and dispositions
- Leadership of both onshore and offshore accounting teams
- Develop and implement new accounting processes and other strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Real influence over process improvement, systems and SOX compliance
- Direct impact in a sophisticated real estate environment
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 6–9 years of strong technical or investment accounting experience
- Deep GAAP knowledge + real estate industry experience
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
