- Active license to practice law in California.

- Advising on residential, mixed-use, and community development projects that involve multiple funding sources.
- Guiding clients through incentive-based financing and public–private funding opportunities.
- Delivering practical, business-focused legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory standards.
