Sales Account Executive Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00 to $33.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention
• Understand customer manufacturing needs, specifications, and timelines Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting in CRM system
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Sales Account Executive Qualifications:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare and present sales quotes, pricing proposals, and contracts.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
