Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating outpatient musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions in a clinic setting.
• Experience communicating treatment plans and progress to in-house and specialty physicians, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.
• Ability to collaborate with clinic staff and assist colleagues in identifying patient care issues.
• Must meet client-specific requirement: ability to work variable shift times within a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. window and manage a 1-hour lunch.
• Preferred: prior experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics and familiarity with standard orthopedic evaluation and treatment equipment.
