Since opening our doors in September 2023, Taco Social has become a staple and a favorite destination for the local Eagle Rock community. We are known for our vibrant atmosphere, great hospitality, and inventive tacos. As our community of regulars continues to grow, we are expanding our team!

We are hosting an In-Person Hiring Fair and looking for positive, high-energy individuals to fill multiple positions. Whether you thrive in guest-facing roles or love the fast-paced energy of the kitchen, we want to meet you.

• When: Thursday, July 2nd

• Time: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Where: Taco Social (Eagle Rock location)

• What to Bring: Please bring a printed copy of your resume. Interviews will be conducted on the spot!

1. Front of House (Cashier, Bartender, Shift Lead)

• What you’ll do: Welcome guests, take orders accurately, tend bar, handle cash/POS transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house space.

• What we’re looking for: Vibrant energy, a guest-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

2. Back of House (Line Cook, Prep Cook)

• What you’ll do: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain kitchen station cleanliness, manage food prep, and ensure high quality and speed.

• What we’re looking for: Previous line cook or prep experience in a fast-casual or full-service kitchen, strong knife skills, food safety knowledge, and a team-player mentality.
