Warehouse Associate

We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals to join our warehouse production team located in SAN DIEGO. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, temp-to-hire position perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys staying active, and likes working with their hands.
In this role, your primary focus will be processing product shipments by unboxing bulk items (such as beverage bottles and retail merchandise), applying precision labeling, and reboxing them efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas.

Additional Skills

• Unboxing & Preparation: Quickly and safely open bulk incoming shipments and prepare items (including bottles and components) for processing.

• Labeling & Kitting: Apply product labels, barcodes, and promotional stickers with precision and speed.

• Reboxing & Packaging: Securely rebox finalized products into retail or shipping containers, ensuring items are safely packed to prevent damage.

• Keep Up with Line Speed: Maintain a consistently fast work pace to meet high-volume daily fulfillment goals.

• Quality Inspection: Visually inspect items during the unboxing/labeling process to ensure zero defects before final packaging.

• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to work quickly and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• High Energy & Stamina: Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to align labels accurately and spot product defects quickly.
• Reliability: Strong track record of punctual attendance.
• Team Player: Positive attitude with a willingness to assist team members to hit collective daily targets.
• Prior experience in picking, packing, assembly line work, or fulfillment is a plus, but a strong work ethic and high energy are our top priorities!
