Member Services Representative II
- $22.00-$25.00/hour
Member Services Representative III
- $25.00-$27.00/hour
What You'll Do
- Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Research and resolve complex service, benefits, eligibility, referral, and claims-related issues.
- Partner with internal departments and external healthcare providers to ensure timely resolution of member concerns.
- Educate members on available programs, resources, and self-service tools.
- Document appeals and grievances according to established procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and performance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Call center experience.
- Healthcare, health insurance, or managed care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Schedule: Department operates 7 days per week between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidates may be scheduled within those hours.
