We are seeking a Sales Associates to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with livestock and product selection
- Maintain aquariums, livestock health, and store cleanliness
- Support coral propagation & water testing
- Participate in social media filming and customer education content
- Operate register, stocking, and merchandising duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Knowledge of freshwater & saltwater aquarium care
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer and social media familiarity
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aquarium retail, aquaculture, or marine biology programs

We’re building a luxury tropical fish experience, which will be the largest tropical fish store in Southern California. A modern, beautifully staged retail store featuring marine aquariums, a tropical vibe cafe, theater, library, and educational spaces for kids and families. Our goal is to inspire people through the beauty of coral reefs, marine life, and conservation while offering premium aquarium systems and livestock. We’re seeking multiple Marine Biologists or experienced Aquarium Systems Specialists who love working hands-on with marine life and enjoy teaching others. You’ll oversee marine systems health, coral propagation, livestock care, and customer education in a modern retail environment.Company Description
