Plumbing Project Manager
Plumbing Project Manager position in Long Beach
We are a large, growing mechanical contractor looking for Plumbing Project Manager to add to our Construction Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, budget, change orders
- Attend BIM Coordination meetings
- Meet with GC’s, Sub’s, Vendors, among others
Requirements:
- Plumbing Project Management experience 3+ years
- CA Plumbing Code knowledge
- ASPE Standards
Preferred:
- Local to Long Beach
- Stable work-history
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Manager
