Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Core Development: <\/span><\/b> Design and implement BSW components, including BSP, MCAL, bootloaders, and OS services. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• System Integration: <\/span><\/b> Lead board bring\-up, HAL integration, and low\-level driver development while resolving complex hardware\-software interactions. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Quality & Strategy: <\/span><\/b> Drive improvements in diagnostics, automated testing (CI\/CD), and software quality through static\/dynamic analysis. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Technical Leadership: <\/span><\/b> Mentor engineering teams, lead tech stack selection, and guide strategic launch plans. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Collaboration: <\/span><\/b> Partner with hardware teams on component selection and interface with third\-party vendors for stack tuning. <\/span>

  • Experience: <\/span><\/b> 10+ years in BSW development with a track record of bringing systems to mass production. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Technical Mastery: <\/span><\/b> Expert in C, C++, Java, and HTML5, with deep knowledge of RTOS and embedded architectures. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Industry Knowledge: <\/span><\/b> Strong grasp of ISO 26262 functional safety, vehicle EE architectures, and HPC software. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Education: <\/span><\/b> Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred. <\/span>
