Real Estate Administrative Director

Responsibilities:- Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
- Keep a balanced record of the broker's business transactions
- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
- Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
- Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
- 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be Apple Product and Google Suite Savvy
- Must be fast-moving and highly organized
- Must be someone where no detail or task is left unturned
