Whether you're newly licensed or a seasoned professional, your experience level doesn't matter at Icon Realty Partners. Our proven training program equips you with personal lead generation skills and the ability to convert live tour requests from our partners. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 90 days, thanks to our strategic lead distribution and training.

Our comprehensive onboarding process sets you up for success. In your first 5 days, you'll undergo intensive training covering essential skills: converting partner leads into appointments, mastering buyer/seller consultations, and becoming proficient with contracts. Our goal? To have you showing properties within one week. Ongoing training continues 5 days a week, both virtually and in-person, covering everything from live role-playing to listing presentations and advanced closing techniques.

What We Expect From You:
Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
Conduct property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
Be available for your clients whenever they need you.
Keep all systems and CRMs updated with channel partners.
