This firm focuses on construction defects, insurance defense, and commercial litigation , and is known for its collaborative approach and high-quality legal work. What You’ll Do:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions in limine, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare page-line summaries
• Utilize Lexis Form Builder for document generation
• Organize and maintain litigation files and calendaring systems
• Support trial preparation and litigation strategy sessions

What You Bring:

• Litigation background with at least 3 years of experience
• Familiarity with construction defects and/or insurance defense is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Lexis Form Builder
• Detail-oriented writing, organizational, and legal research skills
• Comfortable working onsite full-time in Roseville
