Our fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) dental professional to train as our Treatment Coordinator. With a strong personality, great energy, and a natural ability to connect with people.

No Treatment Coordinator experience required — we will train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and ability to guide patients with confidence. A backfround as a Dental Front Desk or Dental Assistant would be perfect.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable experience
• Clearly explain treatment plans in a way patients understand
• Help patients say “yes” to the care they need
• Discuss payment options and guide financial decisions
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients
• Build strong relationships and trust with every patient

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable discussing money
• Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a big plus
• Career-driven and looking for long-term growth
• Willing to get X-Ray license
