Job Responsibilities Will Include:

· Maintains inventory of basic servicing materials to ensure timely maintenance and promote fleet efficiency for Branch

· Works directly with various vendors for services and repairs that require outsourcing

· Collaborates with Branch Manager and Corporate to evaluate and forecast vehicle needs for the Branch

· Works with buyers to sell aging/cost raising vehicles

· Available for light roadside vehicle and equipment repair

· Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity

· Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use

· Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks)

· Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job

· Utilizes fleet software to track vehicle issues, repairs and maintenance

· Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

· Assist Technicians with their everyday needs

· Maintain the branch lot and office

· Traveling to pick up and drop off at indicated locations in a company vehicle

· Attend branch-organized meetings and trainings

· Maintain quality relationships with co-workers

· Available for field work on a regular basis
