Summary/Objective The Grow Data Entry Specialist position is responsible for the execution and oversight of Metrc related data entry during the cultivation and harvest processes. Job duties include but not limited to creating package tags and plant batch tags, recording waste, tagging plants, creating manifests, inputting harvest plant weights and packages, monthly inventory reconciliation, cultivar identification, and oversight of the cultivation and harvest team Metrc related processes to assure compliant practices. The ideal candidate will excel working in a team-oriented environment with a heavy emphasis on attention to detail and minimal oversight. Essential Functions

• Creation of plant packages, plant batches, plants tags, and manifests between two cultivation and two nursery licenses.
• Inputting the recorded weight of harvested plants, batch waste weights, and creating harvest batch packages following binning.
• Inputting plant waste weight for plant batch packages, plant batch groups, and individual plants.
• Ordering and receiving Metrc plant and package tags.
• Reconciling plant count inventory utilizing the plant tracking spreadsheet.
• Verifying proper plant name labeling and identifying mislabeled plants.
• Affixing Metrc plant tags to flowering plants and Metrc plant batch tags to vegetative plant groups.
• Communicate with the grow and harvest teams to assure that both teams are properly recording data necessary for their department.
• Perform tasks in a timely manner consistent with expectations set by the Head Grower.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This job requires strict adherence to all state mandated laws and procedures and heavy emphasis on cleanliness in accordance with GMP. The employee will be working in a climate controlled indoor cultivation facility. Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift for long periods of time.
• Must be able to speak clearly and understand English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior data entry experience.
• Experience working in the cannabis industry.

Required Education and Experience Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position.
