Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a high-impact engineering role where you'll ship real features, work closely with leadership (CPO + VP Eng), and help scale a platform used across the country.

We’re looking for engineers who write clean code, love shipping, and are already using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or CoPilot to move fast without breaking things. This is an opportunity to use AI-native workflows with solid fundamentals , and help modernize how care is delivered across the U.S.

• 
  

  Build scalable front- and back-end systems



• 
  

  Write clean, tested code using Ruby or Python , JavaScript/TypeScript , and modern frameworks



• 
  

  Design APIs and backend services that power in-home care logistics, AI-driven recommendations, and real-time workflows



• 
  

  Collaborate directly with the Chief Product Officer , VP of Engineering , and cross-functional team



• 
  

  Own features end-to-end, from idea to deployment



• 
  

  Review code, give feedback, and help set engineering standards



• 
  

  Help us scale the system without slowing down

• 
  

  You’ve built and shipped full-stack features in production



• 
  

  Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework ( React , Vue , or Angular )



• 
  

  Experience with (or strong interest in) Ruby on Rails and/or Python (Django/Flask)



• 
  

  Familiarity with PostgreSQL , AWS , and container-based deployment (Docker/Kubernetes)



• 
  

  Solid understanding of REST, auth, and security



• 
  

  You use AI tools to speed up—not skip—real engineering



• 
  

  Clear communicator, thoughtful problem-solver, team-first mindset

• 
  

  Office in Beverly Hills — collaborate in-person with the executive team at least 1 day/week
