  • Partner with UI/UX teams to design intuitive experiences for Network Admins, Security Admins and IT admins to investigate and act on incidents.

  • Coordinate with Data Science teams to integrate analytics, anomaly detection, and scoring logic.

  • Establish alert/incident SLAs, escalation logic, and integrate with tools like SIEM, SOAR, ITSM (e.g., Splunk, ServiceNow).

  • Work with customer-facing teams to gather feedback, understand user pain points, and ensure product-market fit.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define, measure, and optimize KPIs for outcomes and value delivered.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with agile product development and backlog management.
