Regional Sales Manager- West
- Hires, develops, and oversees the work of the regional sales team
- Develops and implements a sales strategy, processes
- Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Company products
- Responsible for continual improvement in commercial processes by building strategic alliances and partnerships within and outside the organization.

Experience Requirements  Â
5+ years of experience sales and marketing in the med-tech field preferrably in Early Start Up environment.    Â
                                                Â
Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology, Neuromodulation space is preferred 2+ years of experience managing direct sales team (not 1099's) with in a Medical Device Company, Plus experience launching New Disruptive technology to market/Start Up medical device sales experience.            Â
Other requirements:
Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Managing multiple Priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs.
Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel 50-70%
