Motion Designer, Performance Creative - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

• 8/03 – 12/30 – possibility to extend
• Remote, West Coast preferred    (Must be willing to work during PST hours)
• W2 on dentsu payroll only
• Must be US-based
• Must be a hands-on motion designer with strong conceptualization skills and experience using AI tools.

The purpose of this role is to design and animate motion graphics in service of a client deliverable. Key Accountabilities Creates 3D stage renderings, 2D graphics, animations and storyboards that are in line with client asks and remain true to their brand Creates graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams/partner agencies Collaborates with internal creative teams to ensure consistent work delivered across mediums Provides graphic support for editors (lower thirds, logo intros, special fx , etc ) Stays up to date on current software and design trends to ensure the work incorporates best practice knowledgeable in several disciplines of motion design (animation, audio, editing, etc ) Person Specification 1+ years experience in an advertising or agency setting 4-7 years of experience Ability to work in Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator) Mastery of Adobe After Effects to create compelling animations Able to work seamlessly in Cinema 4D Experience with AR filters preferred Additional Information At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The hourly pay range for this position is $ 111,780.00 - $149,040.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
