What You'll Do

✔ Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment efforts
✔ Assist employees with benefit questions and enrollment changes
✔ Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation
✔ Partner with managers on HR policies and employee concerns
✔ Maintain employee records and HR compliance initiatives
✔ Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR programs

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience working in an HR department in a Generalist capacity
✔ Hands-on benefits administration experience
✔ Exposure to employee relations and workplace investigations
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
