Job Title: Mammography Technologist
Reports to: Chief Technologist/Site Manager/Mammography Modality Specialist
Summary: The Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, addressing patient inquiries while ensuring confidentiality of health information. Responsibilities include operating mammographic equipment, positioning patients, evaluating image quality, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires ARRT(R) certification, state licenses, and BLS certification. Technologists must demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting. The position may involve travel and requires physical capability to assist patients.
- Pay Range: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour
- Shift: Mornings (8 am – 5 pm)
- Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus or Student Loan Payment Program
