As a Kubernetes Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Kubernetes clusters and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our containerized applications. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize our infrastructure and streamline our deployment processes.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Monitor the performance and capacity of Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure availability and reliability of containerized applications running on Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain security policies and best practices for Kubernetes clusters
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes
- Automate deployment and scaling of applications on Kubernetes using tools like Helm and Kustomize
- Implement and manage Kubernetes networking and storage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Kubernetes and containerization
- Provide guidance and support to development and operations teams on Kubernetes-related topics
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for Kubernetes clusters
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, components, and best practices
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with Kubernetes networking and storage
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Go
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to Kubernetes or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with container orchestration platforms other than Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform

Salary Range: 120k-145k/ Yearly Bonus
