Position Description
Keep It Off Medical Weight Loss is looking for an experienced sales representative to engage and close inbound leads. If you've had an outbound sales, prospecting heavy sales job and enjoyed the sales part, but not the prospecting part, this is the job for you!
Our Inbound Sales Coordinator is responsible for converting prospects into patients, preparing patients for an initial doctor's visit, and assisting patients with the onboarding process.

*DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
Success will be measured by the number of new patients starting a Keep It Off program each quarter.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound leads through texts, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages of the sales funnel
- Educate and assist prospective patients about our programs and offerings.
- Foster a strong partnership between the patient and the medical practice.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with co-workers
- Assist with prospect and patient inquiries:
- Answer phones; direct calls to appropriate individual/department.
- Call and obtain patient insurance verification
- Schedule appointments, confirm all patient appointments, and check for attendance
- Enter new patient history and personal information in the system.
- Obtain new patient paperwork and medical information via electronic transfer.
- Report sales data on a weekly and monthly basis:
- Create sales dashboard including close rate, lead status and areas where help or training is needed
**REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience
- Completed sales training through either a prior position or sales training institution
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred*

POSITION COMPENSATION / TYPE
- $45,000 per year + commission
