Entry Level Remote Travel Advisor
We are looking for motivated individuals who love travel, enjoy helping others, and want a flexible remote role. As an Entry Level Remote Travel Advisor, you will support clients from the moment they start dreaming of a trip to the moment they return home. You’ll learn how to build itineraries, research destinations, and create smooth travel experiences for all types of vacations.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, family trips, weekend getaways, and international travel
Research flights, hotels, transportation, and local attractions
Create customized itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel style
Share destination information, travel requirements, safety updates, and best times to visit
Keep up with travel promotions, discounts, sales, and seasonal offers
Communicate with clients through email, chat, or phone in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, documents, and updates
Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trip
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong desire to help others
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple bookings at once
Comfortable using computers, apps, and online tools
Interest in travel and willingness to complete training
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US, UK, EU, Australia, LATAM, or the Caribbean countries
