OverviewAs an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts in the Healthcare Vertical with Gallagher Genefit Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering tailored benefits and organizational wellbeing solutions to large healthcare organizations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding the unique challenges of the healthcare industry, and providing innovative strategies to meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, exceptional financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
How you'll make an impact- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders in enterprise healthcare organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and risk management needs.
- Strategy/ Solution Delivery:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to put together and present on tailored reporting and analysis.
- Oversee the implementation of and ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions with the support of our client management and data and analytics teams.
- Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed about trends, regulations, and emerging risks in the healthcare industry.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning Gallagher as a leader in the healthcare vertical.
- Work closely with Gallagher’s regional and national teams to leverage resources and expertise.
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
Preferred:- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or consulting, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and risk exposures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
