Sous Chef
- High school diploma required; culinary school or college education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial kitchen position.
- Possess or obtain a valid CA Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
- The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and body motions (e.g., typing, cooking, lifting).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including on stairs and uneven terrain.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and humid environments (e.g., kitchens, walk-ins, outdoor gardens).
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. from ground to overhead.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. of force
Pay for the Sous Chef position is $72,000 annually.
