As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in discovering, testing, and launching new ways to help financial advisors grow their businesses. Your work will focus on generating fresh leads and improving conversion rates, using innovative digital sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for bold visionaries who can take ideas from concept to execution, and we need someone who can build and incubate something truly special.

In this role, you will…

- Lead product discovery and vision, working closely with our design and strategy teams to define the product, business model, pricing, investment needs, and operational structure.
- Engage directly with financial advisors to gather feedback and insights, continually improving the service to better meet their needs.
- Run pilot programs to test features and operations, using A/B testing and data analysis to optimize and find the highest value solutions.
- Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses, and build compelling business cases for new services.
- Build and lead the team from the discovery phase to full-scale product launch.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of strategists, designers, business operations experts, and analysts across various departments.
- Work with senior management to communicate your vision, share progress, and make key decisions to drive business growth.

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable individual who has a strong understanding of the product development process, especially in the financial services space. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and drive new services that can help extend financial guidance to a broader audience.

Minimum requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy consulting in areas such as corporate strategy, innovation, new ventures, or product development.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing, specifically in lead generation.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, and inbound/outbound marketing.
- 2+ years of experience at a fast-growing company focused on scaling products and services.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and present them in a meaningful way.
- Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodology.
- Experience in designing and refining business models, products, and services with a focus on strategic growth.
- Experience with human-centered design and facilitating collaborative workshops.
- A passion for fintech and financial services, and a commitment to making financial guidance accessible to more people.
