Position Summary

The Logistics and Office Assistant support the planning, coordination, and execution of product shipments from production to the end-user. You’ll coordinate shipments, schedule and optimize delivery routes, manage tracking systems, and collaborate closely with warehouse personnel. This role demands strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and proficiency in administrative tasks. Logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and monitor daily and weekly product shipments
• Schedule and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency
• Track orders using barcodes and specialized software
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate storage and distribution
• Maintain and file shipping documents, records, and compliance paperwork
• Manage branded packaging supplies and place reorders as needed
• Assist the Logistics Manager and other departments with ad hoc operational tasks

• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Self-disciplined, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact at all levels of management
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience or relevant certifications will also be considered.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in Chatsworth, CA. Standard hours are Monday through Friday; exact schedule to be determined.
