GENERAL LABOR (M)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM (Hours may vary based on project needs and seasonal demands)
The General Laborer supports yard and shop crews. This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations in both the shop and yard environments. Equipment handling, and general labor tasks are performed to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform yard and shop clean-up
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Support troubleshooting and basic repair tasks as directed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+lbs., bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Outdoor and shop environments
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise
- Fast-paced, hands-on work environment
