Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Global Partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in a strategy and operations function, chief of staff team, or a similar role, driving strategic and operational initiatives for executive leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be proactive and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a composed demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, with proven ability to create high-impact presentations for executives.
- Drive operational aptitude for the platforms and devices partnerships organization through management of the global business operations including managing the end-to-end executive partner engagement strategy, creating streamlined processes for meeting requests, briefing materials, and follow-ups to ensure effective use of leadership time.
- Manage and maintain the ongoing rhythm of the business deliverables.
- Create programs and processes to solve business operations issues, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
- Co-develop and successfully land cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across business development, legal, finance, and more.
- Communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.
