PACE Construction & Development is looking for an experienced project superintendent to join our growing team.

We're looking for a leader who takes pride in running organized, safe, and high-quality jobsites while building strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams. At PACE, our superintendents work in close partnership with project managers to deliver exceptional commercial projects and provide an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage trade partners, schedules, and daily jobsite activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and PACE's quality standards.
• Partner closely with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors.
• Identify and solve problems proactively while keeping projects moving forward.
• Build positive relationships that create repeat clients and successful projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience, including experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, quality, safety, and multiple trade partners simultaneously.
• Experience using construction technology such as Procore, MS Project/P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• A leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and holds themselves to a high standard.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience
