Task Coordinator
Robert is seeking a highly organized and proactive Task Coordinator to support the efficient execution of projects and daily workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning, tracking, and managing tasks across various departments to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals. You will work closely with team members and management to prioritize workloads, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate communication. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help streamline operations and improve overall productivity at Robert.
Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize tasks to appropriate team members based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of task statuses and project timelines.
- Communicate with teams to resolve any issues or obstacles impacting task completion.
- Coordinate with management to align tasks with business objectives.
- Prepare reports on task performance and workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for task management processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in task coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency with task management and collaboration tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
