Position Responsibilities :

  • Maneuver and back trailers into loading docks, opens bay doors, prepare trailer , and assist in loading/unloading product
  • Maneuver trailers into parking slips to ensure there is no traffic back up in the yard
  • Follow all safety protocols including performing safety checks to secure trailer and operating all equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Use other warehouse equipment to help load products into trailers
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are clean and in good working condition
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid Class A driver’s license and 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School D iploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
