  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data center construction projects.
  • 5 years of experience in financial principles, controls, and budgeting processes, with experience managing project budgets.
  • 5 years of experience in SQL and data analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience with data center commissioning and operations.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for data center design and construction.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and deliver data center facilities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead and manage the full life-cycle of data center construction programs, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis skills to monitor project performance, track key metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes.
  • Implement financial controls, including budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and risk assessment, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of project goals.
