Mechanical Assembler
Location: Delano, CA
Pay: Starting at $19.00 to $21.00 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Help assemble packing house equipment and mechanical components
- Assemble parts using hand and power tools
- Follow written and verbal assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and correct basic assembly issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while following safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and read basic blueprints or diagrams
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Reliable and able to maintain a safe and organized workspace
