We're seeking customer-focused banking professionals to join a growing team. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for CSR II, CSR III, or Senior CSR levels.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:

-Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs

-Recommend banking products and services based on client needs

-Cross-sell bank products and support branch growth goals

-Process account transactions and provide exceptional customer service

-Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures

-Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

-1–3+ years of banking teller and/or new accounts experience

-Experience opening consumer accounts; business account experience preferred

-Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills

-Knowledge of banking regulations, including BSA compliance

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
