Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment preferred.
• Experience providing care for geriatric patients and managing balance, mobility, and post-operative therapy preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative programs and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 36.
• Travel assignment located in Monterey, CA at a skilled nursing facility. Candidate may be expected to float as needed.
